Every school deserves software that works on its worst day.
Eduphide is a school management platform for Nigerian schools. It brings admissions, attendance, academics, exam preparation, fees and parent communication into one system, and it is built to keep running when the network drops, the power goes off, or the only device in the room is a phone.
Our mission
Give every school one reliable system, whatever its connection
We exist to give Nigerian schools the operational backbone that well-funded institutions take for granted: accurate records, transparent fees, timely communication with parents, and real insight into how every learner is progressing. We deliver it in a form that respects the realities on the ground.
Our measure of success is not features shipped. It is a proprietor who closes the term with every fee reconciled, a teacher who spends Friday teaching instead of collating scores, and a parent in Ikot Ekpene who knows their child's result the moment it is approved.

How Eduphide works
One platform, built around the school day
Built for real conditions
Engineering principles from our school visits
An assistant for proprietors and teachers that drafts report-card remarks, flags pupils whose attendance or scores are slipping, and summarises the term in plain language. Staff review every word before it reaches a parent.
In design · validated with teachers
Every screen works with no connection and syncs quietly when a signal returns, so a dropped network never costs a teacher their work.
Designed for entry-level Android phones and small data bundles, with nothing heavy loading unless someone asks for it.
Parents need no new app. Updates arrive on the messaging channels they already open every day.
We digitise a school's existing registers and fee books for them, so day one starts with their own data, not an empty screen.
Field discovery with local schools
Akwa Ibom State · 2026
We're visiting primary and secondary schools around Uyo, sitting with proprietors, bursars and teachers, and mapping how each school actually runs. Every visit shapes the product: what works on a shared phone, what survives a power cut, and what a busy bursar will really use.

We'd like to hear how your school runs today. Founding pilot schools help shape the product and get early access on founding terms.
